Natural gas steam reforming catalyst HS962U

HS962U is a steam reforming catalyst with nickel as active component, presintered alumina or calcium aluminate as carrier. Its performances stand at the international advanced level, and it’s in the leading position in the domestic industry.

Ni-Cu Desulfurization Protecting Catalyst HSSR

Platforming unit has very strict requirements to the feed stream. Though Pre-hydrogenation catalyst has removed S, N, AS and Cl to a lower content, in order to ensure these impurities in feed stream under control, desulfurization protecting catalyst is loaded after Pre-hydrogenation catalyst in Platforming unit.
HSSRusesNi-Cu as main active components,with special alumina as carrier and dispersant.
In addition to the effective removal of sulfur compounds, HSSRcatalyst can remove arsenic and chlorine. With this catalyst, sulfur, arsenic, chlorine and other impurities is considerably reduced 0.2ppm - 0.5ppm.

1. The high purifying ability: Under the process conditions of 200℃, 0.7-0.8Mpa and 6-8h-1, sulfur content can be reduced to < 0.2 ppm, if it is less than 5ppm in the feed stream; and it can be reduced to /> < 0.5ppm, if sulfur content in feed stream is about 100ppm. />
2. HTSR can not only remove hydrogen sulfide and other inorganic sulfur, but also effectively remove organic sulfur.
3. The product can remove arsenic and chloride, too.
4. Sulfur penetrating capacity is as high as 8%. It is a kind of ideal protection agent of precious metal catalyst.

HSCR-L Chloride Removal Adsorbent

HSCL-L chloride removal adsorbent is an outstanding adsorbent most commonly used in adsorbing hydrogen chloride from reformer hydrogen off-gases, natural gas, naphtha, and light liquid hydrocarbons in low-temperature applications.

Catalyst HSB-1H for hydrogenation of Unsaturated Hydrocarbons and Aromatics

Catalyst HSB-1H can be used in the following processes:

HS710/HS710R ammonia synthetic catalysts are mainly used in converting N2 and H2 into synthetic ammonia, or used to decompose ammonia into H2 and N2.

HS203 Low Temperature CO Shift Catalyst

HS203 is a kind of Cu-Zn-Cr system low temperature CO shift catalyst produced with precipitation method.
It can be used in CO shift plant operating in a temperature range of 200-300℃ to purify crude H2 and ammonia feed gas.

Methanation catalyst is used to convert the small amount of CO, CO2 and O2 into inert methane and water to purify synthetic gas or hydrogen.
It uses Ni as active component and stable active alumina as the carrier. HS303/HS303R have the characteristics of high activity, strong thermal resistance, high mechanical strength, low bulk density and long service life. They are widely used in ammonia and hydrogen plants.

HS307 Combined Methanol Synthesis Catalyst

HS307 combined methanol synthesis catalyst is a kind of Cu based three elements catalyst.
It replaces typical Zn-Cr based catalyst, making methanol process conditions more mild, i.e., medium and low pressure replacing high pressure synthesis, low temperature operation replacing high temperature operation.
With HS307, CO shift ratio is effectively improved.
It is mainly used for methanol synthesis with CO and H2 in the combined production of ammonia and methanol, also used in medium and high pressure methanol synthesis.

HSAD-946 Ammonia Decomposition Catalyst（Heat- Resistance）

HSAD-946 Ammonia decomposition catalyst is used for purification in coke oven gas, ammonia decomposition furnace of recovery equipment, and Claus furnace.
It makes the NH3, HCN and other poisonous gas into N2, H2, CO2, which avoids environment pollution, and at the same time recovers sulfur.
